  22.     For the purposes of the following licensing restrictions, a "vendor" is
  23.     defined  as  any  person  or legal entity who either receives a fee for
  24.     distributing copies of Galaxy Lite V 1.5, or who  includes  a  copy  of
  25.     Galaxy  Lite  V 1.5 with another item offered for sale (typically, this
  26.     means including a copy of Galaxy Lite V 1.5 either on a diskette  or  a
  27.     hard disk of a computer offered for sale).

  29.      Any  vendor who wishes to distribute shareware copies of Galaxy Lite V
  30.     1.0 must meet one of the following requirements:

  32.     1. The  vendor  must  have been accepted as an associate  member of the
  33.     Association of  Shareware  Professionals  (ASP).   For  information  on
  34.     becoming an associate member of ASP, contact:

  41.     2. The vendor must obtain written permission from Starlite Software Co.

  43.     current catalog or advertisement.

  45.     Vendors who do not meet one of the above requirements are not permitted
  46.     to distribute copies of Galaxy Lite V 1.5.  Starlite Software Co.  will
  47.     use  all means at its disposal to protect its copyright, including, but
  48.     not limited to, legal action for copyright infringement.

  50.     Under no circumstances may Galaxy Lite V 1.5 be distributed without all
  51.     of the following files being included:
